Automobile Magazine:


I have also gone ahead and brainstormed a few ideas for automobile magazine titles. These titles will cover a large range of automobile topics. There are many different types of cars and each car may serve a specific purpose, which allows for a greater variety of topics and more creativity.

Automobile Titles:

  • Automobile: This is as general as a title for this topic may go. This would allow for a variety of different applications and discussion of different cars and products. This is a magazine that any person regardless of age, financial status, and car knowledge can pick up and read. This may be a very good idea for a magazine that you would like to attract as many people as possible and discuss general aspects of the automobile world.

  • Daily Driver: This title may serve two specific purposes. For one, it may be a title that can describe the simple fact of being an automobile magazine. If this is the case, everything that was specified in the above title would also apply to this title. However, "daily driver" may also be a term used to determine your average "grocery getter". If this is the case the target audience will be individuals who may not mind the performance or even looks of a car. It may be a magazine better suited for people who see cars as a means to get from point A to point B. 

  • Luxury Cruiser: This title is a very popular choice for individuals who enjoy both the cool features of exotic cars and expensive vehicles while still intending to seek daily drivability off of a car. These cars include brands such as Lexus, Mercedes, BMW, and Audi. This is a magazine title that will attract people who enjoy cars and have the means to afford them. However, it also is a very popular choice for car enthusiasts who would like to someday be able to afford these cars, or perhaps they just like the way the cars perform and look.

  • Exotic Cars: This is perhaps the most popular magazine genre in the automotive world at least in terms of appealing to the eyes. Exotic cars are those cars that are extremely unique and are rarely ever seen. These cars are usually very good looking and have very unusual features that set them apart. Exotic cars may be supercars or hybrid cars. These exotic cars include Mclaren, Bugatti, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Koenigsegg, and Pagani. These cars are considered the dream cars of many including myself (Mclaren P1 and 720s) and for this reason, it attracts the most attention. No matter the age or the gender of an individual, these cars are appealing to everyone.

Target Market: A very important aspect to consider next in my magazine is the demographics. In other words, what is my target audience or the people that will be reading this. This is extremely important because I must make the magazine with the intention of appealing to my target demographic. So if I were to make a magazine on cooking, my target audience will be depending on the content of my magazine. If I were to be doing the magazine on homemade recipes, I would most likely be targeting mothers and fathers, or even those who like to cook at home. The same goes for automotive and fitness magazines. I will have to establish my target audience in order to best meet their needs. My Samples: After I have analyzed and viewed the different options for a possible automobile magazine cover, it is now time to incorporate what I have learned about the images and take my own photographs. I want to get a feel for the process of taking these pictures and I would like to see which type of magazine cover I will be most comfortable with.
